Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient histories, physical examinations, and prescribe appropriate medical treatments.
  • Deliver a wide range of high-quality, patient-centered healthcare services, including preventive and primary care.

  • Contribute to the formulation of annual health center objectives and goals.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Must hold a valid medical license in each state of practice.
  • Possess a Federal DEA license applicable to each state of practice.
  • State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license as required.
  • Current board certification or eligibility, with a commitment to board certification within one year of hire.
  • CPR certification, with hands-on evaluation of skills required.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years in family practice, emergency care, ambulatory services, or occupational health.
  • At least 3 years of management or leadership experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient presentation skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records is highly desirable.
