About the Role

This role requires a Registered Nurse with a background in medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs. Responsibilities include providing care appropriate to condition and age of the patient, performing timely and accurate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record, and responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program is required, along with current state licensure as a Registered Nurse and CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred, CRRN Preferred.
