Position Overview

In the role of Parking Services Attendant, your primary responsibilities will include managing traffic flow, assisting patrons with any inquiries or concerns, and ensuring a secure and tidy environment for all visitors and staff within the parking facilities.

This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $15 to $17.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional first impression to all guests by providing World-Class Service
  • Oversee the parking structure to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and vehicles
  • Offer directions and pertinent venue information to guests
  • Guide guests and staff to available parking spots
  • Address all feedback and complaints promptly, courteously, and professionally
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable appearance throughout all scheduled shifts
  • Assist daily and monthly parkers with any on-site issues that may arise

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in parking services is highly preferred
  • Strong customer service skills are essential
  • Must exhibit politeness, friendliness, and possess outstanding interpersonal abilities due to extensive interaction with guests and staff
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Physical endurance to stand for extended periods and walk considerable distances
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
