As a Parking Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for enforcing parking rules and regulations, assisting with event parking customers, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce parking rules and regulations by patrolling parking areas and issuing violations as necessary.
  • Assist with event parking customers by helping them make payment via a mobile application.
  • Provide excellent customer service by giving directions, teaching, and showing customers how to use equipment.
  • Work outdoors in different seasons and weather, and be able to work with a supervisor and independently.
  • Perform small repairs such as damaged parking gates, and attend bi-weekly remote meetings.
  • Pick up trash in parking locations and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Reliable transportation, must drive at work.

Work Environment

This is a part-time position, less than 5 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that includes holidays, day and night shifts, and weekends as needed. You will be working in person at our parking locations.
