Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to partner with our Executive Chef in leading the back-of-house operations. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing kitchen team, overseeing food production, and ensuring seamless service delivery. Your expertise in menu planning, inventory management, and team development will be invaluable in driving our restaurant's success. With a passion for quality food and exceptional customer service, you will help create a positive environment that sets the expectation for quality food and a neat, clean and organized kitchen. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to develop menus, manage kitchen staff, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as our Executive Sous Chef, you will need:

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant in a management position
• Warm, passionate, and committed to the industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm, cool, and collected under pressure
• Self-actualized and motivated
• Self-discipline; maintained professional appearance
• Butchering experience preferred
• Scratch Kitchen Experience preferred
