Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid and active Licensed Vocational Nurse license.
  • A minimum of twelve (12) continuous months of recent experience in a similar capacity within the last three (3) years.
  • Experience in specialized areas such as Specialty Services, Emergency Department, Inpatient Care, and Obstetrics is required for RNs assigned to those settings.
  • Must hold relevant certifications for the assigned specialized area.
  • Proficiency in the English Language (Speaking/Writing) is essential.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross (with AED) is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute nursing care plans, administer medications, and collect specimens for laboratory analysis.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary treatment collaboration, assist with medical procedures, and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct ongoing patient evaluations, implement interventions, and document progress effectively.
  • Record all nursing activities in medical records, ensuring thorough documentation of assessments and patient education.
  • Maintain a safe therapeutic environment, uphold order, and supervise patient behavior.
