Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and execute the business strategy, alongside company initiatives, while assessing performance against established benchmarks. Execute operational tasks to manage expenses while promoting business growth.
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including procurement, inventory oversight, customer order processing, sales floor maintenance, stock assessments, and overall store cleanliness.
  • Support all retail and commercial sales initiatives and strategies.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of Store Associates, and take on supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of retail experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Capability to lift items weighing over 50 lbs.
  • Effective communication skills for conveying both concrete and abstract concepts, utilizing both verbal and written methods.
  • Proven ability to operate independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record is mandatory.
