Position SummaryWe are currently seeking experienced lube technicians to carry out vehicle inspections, oil changes, tire rotations, tire replacements, and tire repairs. Additionally, we welcome aspiring lube technicians who wish to embark on a career in our lube department. Apprentice technicians will have the opportunity to attend technical school while gaining hands-on experience or participate in factory training through our dealership, with the ultimate goal of becoming master certified automotive technicians.

- Safely operate an automotive hoist and lift vehicles without causing damage or injury
- Conduct thorough vehicle check-ups or multi-point inspections and communicate findings to the service advisor
- Accurately change engine oil and replace oil filters
- Replace engine air filters and cabin air filters as necessary
- Lift large tires for tire rotations on cars and light to medium-duty trucks
- Mount and balance tires on vehicles
- Effectively communicate with team members throughout the vehicle inspection process
- Check tire pressure and adjust to manufacturer specifications
- Repair or replace worn components as required
- Utilize power tools and standard hand tools for various tasks
- Employ a grease gun to lubricate fittings
- Replace diesel and gasoline fuel filters
- Test batteries in both gas and diesel vehicles
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Basic understanding of automobiles and mechanical skills
- Strong analytical and communication abilities with a desire to improve
- Willingness to learn new technologies, repair methods, and specifications
- Capability to operate electronic diagnostic tools
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- ASE Certification or Technical degree is advantageous
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
