About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pole Crew Foreman to join our team at Ansco & Associates, LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of utility poles and underground telecommunications cabling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and supervise crew members in the completion of assigned tasks to ensure quality and safety adherence.
  • Operate and maintain various types of utility trucks, equipment, and hand tools.
  • Place utility poles and install underground telecommunications cabling.
  • Locate and mark buried wiring and cabling.
  • Perform general construction work, including physical labor and equipment operation.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • 1+ years of experience in installation, repair, and maintenance of underground utilities.
  • Currently hold a CDL license.
  • Able to operate various types of utility trucks and equipment safely.
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
