Director of Engineering Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead our manufacturing operations worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and assembling machinery and equipment, particularly capital equipment, in process or production plants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of over 100 engineers and technicians
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new equipment and processes
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ASME and BPE
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business
  • 10+ years of manufacturing or engineering management experience in a pharma, life science, or capital equipment environment
  • 5+ years of proven leadership experience
  • Experience with ERP software, such as Syteline
  • Experience with 3D parametric CAD-based software, including Autodesk Inventor and Routed Systems
  • Experience with ASME and BPE Bioprocessing Equipment standards
