Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze target company financial data using advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting Quality of Earnings reports.
  • Lead discussions with key executives and decision-makers.
  • Identify and communicate potential issues relevant to clients' investment decisions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience (preferably with Big 4, national, regional, or large local firms), ideally in Quality of Earnings transaction advisory.
  • Proven experience in writing Quality of Earnings reports.
  • CPA or CFA certification.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated team player with a strong aptitude for project management.
  • Experience with middle market, technology, and/or software targets is preferred.
