Bionic Prosthetics and Orthotics Group LLC stands as a prominent and rapidly expanding provider of Orthotic and Prosthetic services across the United States, operating numerous ABC accredited clinics in various states.

We are currently in search of an enthusiastic ABC or BOC Certified Prosthetist and/or Orthotist, with the potential for a regional management role at our flagship clinic. Candidates with prior management experience in an O&P facility will be highly regarded. The key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Guiding the clinic(s) to ensure exemplary O&P patient care services, serving as a role model for other staff.
  • Overseeing, training, and developing clinic personnel to uphold excellence in professionalism and customer service.
  • Collaborating closely with leadership and central office staff to ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.
  • Contributing to the formulation and implementation of the region's annual plan and budget in consultation with company leadership.
  • Executing all duties in compliance with the standards set by professional agencies and local regulations.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of payor source policies and demonstrating this knowledge in practice.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing referral sources, showcasing strong communication skills.
  • Fostering a positive company culture and morale among staff.
  • Advising management on new strategic directions for the clinic(s).
  • Carrying out additional responsibilities as assigned.
