Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Spa Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional service, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our spa facilities, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of our spa facilities, including locker rooms, public areas, and treatment rooms.
  • Assist guests with robes, towels, slippers, and lockers, ensuring their comfort and convenience.
  • Manage software systems related to scheduling appointments, checking guests in and out, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Demonstrate high levels of professionalism, empathy, and patience in all interactions with guests.
