Job Summary:

As a Concrete Finisher Foreman at Bechtel Corporation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. This position requires a strong understanding of construction methods, safety procedures, and quality control measures. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising construction teams, identifying potential problems, and implementing corrective actions to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.

• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets the required standards.

• Collaborate with other project managers and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with the project scope, schedule, and budget.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:

• 6 years of experience in industrial construction, with at least 2 years in supervisory roles.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety procedures, and quality control measures.

• Proven track record of supervising construction teams and implementing corrective actions to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
