Additionally, DMH features surgical services, pediatrics, endoscopy, nuclear medicine, and physical therapy.

Our specialty clinic hosts a range of physicians, including cardiologists, urologists, orthopedists, dermatologists, and oncologists, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive care without the need to travel far.


Position Overview

The Laboratory Manager will oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring the following:

1. Accurate and timely delivery of patient test results.
2. Effective problem resolution.
3. Leadership of a high-performing team.
4. Compliance with the Lab Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program standards.
5. Maintenance of a financially sound laboratory.
6. Adherence to regulatory requirements and standards set by relevant agencies.


Qualifications

Candidates must possess a State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist-Supervisor License, along with a minimum of five years of full-time clinical laboratory experience across various specialties.

Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to develop and sustain testing systems, implement quality control measures, understand state regulations, and manage budgets effectively.
