Doctors Memorial Hospital is a modern healthcare facility staffed by highly trained professionals. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes a 64 slice CT scanner, 1.5 MRI, 3D mammography, ultrasound, and ECHO. We offer a range of services, including surgery, pediatrics, endoscopy, nuclear medicine, and physical therapy. Our specialty clinic brings physicians from various fields to Taylor County, ensuring patients have access to quality care without traveling to surrounding cities.
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Director to manage the day-to-day operations of our laboratory. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and timely delivery of patient test results, address problems, and maintain a high-performing team. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a profitable position, ensuring regulatory surveys meet acceptable standards, and adhering to agency and AHCA guidelines.

**Requirements**
* State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist-Supervisor License
* Five years of full-time patient clinical laboratory experience in each specialty
* Ability to develop and maintain testing systems, QC, and understand State regulations
* Budget development skills
