Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing care delivered by Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and other staff.
- Review and implement nursing protocols and operational systems.
- Assess and evaluate systems that ensure quality care for residents and staff performance.
- Utilize a systematic approach in the nursing process to deliver personalized care.
- Contribute to resident assessments and the development of individualized care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate residents' responses to nursing interventions.
Qualifications:
- Current state nursing licensure is mandatory.
- CPR certification is required; additional certifications in nursing specialties are preferred.
- Experience in management or supervisory roles within long-term care or geriatric nursing is advantageous.
