Key Responsibilities

This Mental Health Navigator position is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. As a key member of our Behavioral and Mental Health department, you will work collaboratively with clients, family members, and healthcare providers to develop and implement personalized service plans.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and providing services to individuals and families necessary to promote rehabilitation, recovery, and resiliency
  • Assisting clients in obtaining access to and coordination of necessary rehabilitative, medical, and other services
  • Facilitating the development and use of individual crisis management plans to prevent hospitalizations and support clients in navigating the judicial system

We offer a competitive salary range of $48,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
