Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration).
  • Experience: 3 years of operations experience in senior living, assisted living, and/or memory care.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Current and valid administrator license or state approval in the community's location, CPR/First Aid Certification for Health Care Providers (BLS), and TB clearance.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
