- Licenses and Certifications: Current and valid administrator license or state approval in the community's location, CPR/First Aid Certification for Health Care Providers (BLS), and TB clearance.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
