Job Title: RF Signals Analyst

As an RF Signals Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will play a critical role in supporting the government's critical decision-making processes. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will be essential in developing strategies to provide actionable intelligence and context to clients.

With a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, you will collect and analyze complex data, explore new sources of data, and combine data from disparate sources to validate information and extract new meaning. Your understanding of collection requirements, platform capabilities, signal processing dataflows, and analytic methodologies will be invaluable in this role.

You will work closely with collection managers, collection operators, and analysts to develop new analytic methods, technologies, and collection strategies. Your expertise will be sought after by clients to provide time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform RF signal analysis, targeting, and engineering of RF transmission or collection systems
  • Use ANSYS' Systems Tool Kit (STK) for Space-Ground Communications modeling
  • Conduct satellite communications network or RF analysis
  • Hold a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Have a Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SIGINT collection, SIGINT digital signal processing, or technical work in a ground station operations area
  • Experience with using specialized IC SIGINT tasking, collection, exploitation, analysis, and mapping tools
  • Experience interacting with IC partners, including in an IC internship
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary technical targeting and engineering teams
  • Experience with foreign language transcription or interpretation
  • Knowledge of SIGINT requirements and intelligence oversight policies
  • Ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to evaluate system inaccuracies and identify improvements
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Completion of formal instructor or training, such as 450, 451, 452, or JCAC
