Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concession Cook to join our team at The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory. As a Concession Cook, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with training and ensuring that all cooked food products meet our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef with training and development of kitchen staff
  • Visually inspect and test all cooked food products to ensure quality and presentation
  • Ensure proper receiving and storage of food products to comply with health department regulations
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a cook or in a related role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
