Customer Service Representative - Insurance Industry

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and educating customers about insurance options. You will also maintain accurate records, provide timely activity reports, and collaborate with the agent team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be people-oriented, organized, and self-motivated. You must also have a strong work ethic, be detail-oriented, and able to learn computer functions quickly. Additionally, you will need to obtain a Property & Casualty license and a Life and Health license within 30 days of hire.
