Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Companion Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide companionship and support to seniors in their own homes, helping them to stay connected and engaged with their community.
Responsibilities:
* Provide emotional support and companionship to seniors, including engaging in conversations and activities.
* Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders.
* Prepare healthy meals and snacks according to individual dietary needs and preferences.
* Maintain a clean and safe living environment through light housekeeping duties.
* Accompany seniors on outings and provide transportation as needed.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
