Senior Videographer/Content Creator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Videographer/Content Creator to join our team at Stinger. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and executing visually engaging content that aligns with our brand's identity and goals across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visual Storytelling: Develop and execute creative concepts and product photography that resonate with our target audience and align with brand objectives.
  • Content Creation: Capture high-quality product photos and videos for all product launches, ensuring each piece of content tells a story and enhances our brand's image.
  • Production Planning: Organize all aspects of video and photo shoots, including location scouting, talent coordination, storyboarding, and scheduling to ensure seamless execution.
  • Video & Photo Editing: Handle all editing tasks, from color correction and sound design to adding visual effects, ensuring a polished final product that meets brand standards.
  • Motion Graphics: Utilize motion graphics skills to create animated content that elevates the visual appeal of our videos.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and storytelling goals across all platforms, including social media and websites.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and design teams to bring concepts to life and support broader campaign goals.
  • Technical Expertise: Manage video production equipment, handle lighting setups, perform audio mixing, and execute on-site and remote shoots with precision.
  • Task Prioritization: Quickly prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a self-directed environment while maintaining a sense of urgency.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently, planning and executing video shoots or photoshoots from start to finish with little oversight.
  • Proven experience in video production, from shooting and editing to final output, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficient in video production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Strong motion graphics skills and the ability to create visually compelling animated content.
  • Excellent understanding of composition, color theory, and visual aesthetics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in handling on-site and remote video shoots, including lighting, sound, and other technical aspects of production.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.

Supervisory Responsibility: No direct supervisor responsibilities.

Environmental/Physical Requirements:

  • May sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Crouching, kneeling, standing, walking, pushing, and lifting on a daily basis
  • Operating computer, telephone, voicemail and other office equipment regularly
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs on a regular basis

FLSA Status: Exempt

Hours: Full Time: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (30 minute lunch), Monday – Friday

Position Location: Clearwater, FL

Travel: No travel requirements
