Porsche Fashion Valley Mall Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Porsche Studio in Fashion Valley Mall. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:- Conduct needs analysis with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements.
- Explain features and demonstrate the operation of vehicles in the showroom or on the road.
- Research and present available models and optional equipment to customers.
- Negotiate sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount, and requirements for financing or lease payment of vehicles.
- Walk the lot and visually inspect inventory to ensure accurate representation of available vehicles.
- Complete all paperwork and arrange for delivery and registration of vehicles.
- Deliver and familiarize customers with their new vehicles.
- Attend and complete required training and department meetings.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail industry.
- ADP experience highly preferred.
- Luxury sales experience highly preferred.
- Sales skills, great communication, and excellent customer service skills are a must.
- Organization and thorough follow-up skills are necessary for staying in touch with clients prior to and after the sale.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Current valid driver's license is required for all employees.
- Mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
$60,000 annually.
