Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at The Boston Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain industrial dishwashing equipment
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment
  • Empty and clean trash receptacles and recycling bins
  • Rotate dishes and equipment to prevent wear and tear
  • Assist with cleaning and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
  • Follow all sanitation and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
Requirements
  • No prior experience required; we provide training
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
