Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently operate the commercial dishwasher
• Manually wash glassware and utensils when required
• Regularly empty and sanitize all waste containers
• Rotate dishware to minimize wear and extend lifespan
• Maintain cleanliness of dish storage areas
• Adhere to sanitation protocols consistently
• Assist prep cooks and kitchen staff during busy periods
• Complete opening, closing, and side tasks as assigned
• Promptly clean up spills or broken items
• Notify management of any sanitation or maintenance concerns

Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary (training provided)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to operate industrial equipment and lift up to 20 lbs
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, warm environment for extended periods
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is essential
