We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Attendant to join our team at Della Infotech, Inc. in West Des Moines, IA. As a Clinical Care Attendant, you will play a vital role in assisting our Providers with front office and back office duties in the outpatient management of patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Providers with front office and back office duties, including patient care and administrative tasks.
- Work closely with Providers, other clinical staff, and direct patient care to ensure seamless patient care.
- Perform a variety of clerical and clinical functions, including data entry, phone calls, and patient communication.
- Act as a patient advocate, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and service.
- 1 year of current clinical experience required.
- CMA or LPN certification preferred.
- National certification (e.g. AMT) required for CMA candidates.
- Iowa state license required for LPN candidates.
Please note that COVID vaccination is required for this position, and medical/religious exemptions must be approved prior to submission.
