Join Our Team as an ICU Veterinary Technician

We are seeking an experienced ICU Veterinary Technician to join our team at VCA Animal Hospitals. As a member of our Internal Medicine department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our veterinarians and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to our veterinarians and other team members
  • Assist with medical procedures and treatments
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the veterinarian
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • Documented previous experience as an ICU Veterinary Technician
  • Current CVT license (preferred, not required)
  • Flexibility in hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to be cross-trained as a receptionist and kennel assistant
  • Team player willing to learn new techniques and treatments
