Dispensary Associate

Trulieve is a leading provider of cannabis products and services, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences. As a Dispensary Associate, you will play a critical role in guiding customers through their journey into cannabis, educating them on the benefits and potential side effects of our products.

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, guests, and coworkers, ensuring a welcoming and empathetic experience.
• Assist Assistant Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
• Work directly with the TruHost and Reception to enhance the customer experience, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

• Verify products on manifests match products in each delivery before leaving the facility.
• Communicate clearly to customers, deliver products on time, and safely.
• Maintain records for each delivery in accordance with state and federal law, as well as company policy.
• Process orders in the POS system and complete dispensation during each delivery.

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA, and WV).
• Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area, is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels.

Flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
