Position Overview:

As a busy law firm, we seek self-driven, proactive attorneys who are adept at managing a full caseload independently. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in civil litigation, demonstrating proficiency in all stages of the litigation process. This includes drafting and arguing motions, such as summary judgment motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. While federal court experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Familiarity with our specific practice areas is advantageous, but we are willing to train the right individual.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of civil litigation experience (Required)

Licensure:
  • Must possess a valid CA State Bar License (Required)
