The Program Manager - COVID Recovery Rehousing Program is a key leadership role at St. Joseph Center, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the COVID Recovery Rehousing Program. This position requires a strong leader who can provide supervision to a team of case managers and housing navigators, ensuring the delivery of quality care to homeless and formerly homeless individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide supervision to a team of case managers and housing navigators, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to provide high-quality services.
- Oversee service delivery, working closely with the Director of Interim Housing to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with other service providers, law enforcement, and community resources.
- Develop, review, and revise administrative policies and procedures as needed.
- Provide oversight to all program staff, monitoring productivity and performance.
- Oversee client referral and intake process, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Closely track client charts, progress notes, financial records, and other mandatory programmatic forms.
- Track progress towards meeting programmatic goals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
- Provide assessment, crisis intervention, linkage to mental health and case management services as needed.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, highlighting successes and challenges.
- Monitor program budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
- Participate in other St. Joseph Center community, administrative, and fundraising activities as necessary.
- Master's degree in social work, public health, human services, or a related field.
- One year minimum management and supervisory experience, with a strong desire to support and mentor staff.
- Two years' experience providing services in a community setting with homeless or at-risk populations, preferably in a Rapid Rehousing Program.
