We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatology Physician Assistant to join our team at ECU Health in Greenville, North Carolina.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide high-quality patient care to neonates and their families in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans in consultation with neonatologists.
  • Perform procedures, administer medications, and provide education to patients and families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field.
  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C).
  • Experience working in neonatology or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
