Responsabilidades

Como Técnico de Radio III, serás responsable de mantenerte al día en teoría técnica, aplicación y disciplina operativa. Asumirás esfuerzos técnicos y relacionados con proyectos, proporcionando comunicación según se indique. Crees en hacer el trabajo correctamente. Ser el mejor. Y estás listo para el desafío.

Además, deberás:

  • Viajar entre diferentes estados para rotaciones de 2-3 semanas.
  • Apoyar proyectos clave, proporcionando actualizaciones diarias a Técnicos Senior y gerentes según se indique.
  • Colaborar con los miembros del equipo, participando activamente en discusiones para lograr resultados.
  • Contribuir al éxito del equipo, aportando el 100% como individuo.
  • Examinar cuidadosamente las acciones para garantizar la mejor experiencia al cliente posible.
  • Adaptarte rápidamente a los cambios, buscando entender el panorama completo.
  • Tener un sólido entendimiento de la teoría y aplicación relacionada con RAN.
  • Compartir ideas abiertamente para mejorar la eficiencia y resolver problemas.
  • Demostrar un deseo continuo de aprender y desarrollarse personal y profesionalmente.
  • Tener un entendimiento avanzado de aplicaciones relacionadas con el transporte.

  • Tienes sólidas habilidades de comunicación; verbal, escrita y de presentación.
  • Posees competencia en Excel y Microsoft Office.
  • Tienes conocimiento operativo y teórico de todos los circuitos interconectados, incluyendo T1, T3 y radio microondas.
  • Debes poseer una licencia de conducir válida y cumplir con la política de vehículos de la empresa.
  • Comprendes la ingeniería RF básica, la teoría de frecuencia de radio y la teoría de electricidad y electrónica.
