Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct research and development on innovative DC power technologies.
2. Assess existing designs and provide actionable recommendations.
3. Mentor junior engineers to enhance efficiency and quality standards.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally during the product design phase.
5. Participate in client meetings, define project scopes, and assess feasibility.
6. Delegate tasks while managing select projects personally.
7. Review processes, lead project meetings, and ensure results are achieved.
8. Oversee pre-production and prototype development.
9. Recommend improvements in core technologies and stay informed about industry trends.
10. Build and maintain relationships with key Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) contacts.
11. Seek out development opportunities and foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required.
- Minimum of 5 years of continuous design experience in relevant fields.
- Expertise in power distribution, DC power systems, analog/power electronic components, or magnetics.
- Proven experience in new product development.
- Proficiency in circuit design software required.
