As an In-Home Mitigation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assess the needs of homeowners and provide accurate estimates during critical times. Our customer service team will facilitate pre-screening and appointment scheduling with clients, ensuring you have qualified leads to work with. This role emphasizes high-level sales techniques to achieve successful outcomes in single-visit consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners (qualified leads provided, eliminating the need for cold calling)
  • Collaborate with homeowners to identify project requirements and deliver precise estimates.
  • Offer effective solutions to homeowners facing urgent situations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service as a Sales Mitigation Specialist.
  • Oversee remediation teams to guarantee project compliance and progress.
  • Track job status and communicate updates to clients, management, and insurance representatives.
  • Respond promptly to new job notifications within one hour.
  • Complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Experience with Xactimate and DASH is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Basic mathematical skills required.
  • Comfortable with technology and software applications.
  • Willingness to work overtime and on select holidays.
  • Ability to communicate persuasively and respectfully with diverse individuals.
  • Stable employment history with a strong work ethic.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing sales.
  • Commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation.
  • Determination and drive to achieve results.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Clear background check.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs.
