Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Overnight Team Member to join our team at Holiday Companies. As an Overnight Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store during late-night hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling various payment types and making change as needed.
  • Perform multi-function tasks, including fuel console operation, lottery machine management, and telecom transactions.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization, adhering to company standards.
  • Inspect store facilities and equipment for safety and proper working order, reporting any issues to management.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and verifying vendor deliveries.
  • Control merchandise, cash shortages, and other selling expenses.
  • Participate in shift audits and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist new applicants with the application process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
Working Conditions
  • Work in a fast-paced retail environment with occasional exposure to extreme cold temperatures.
  • Occasional exposure to noise and vibrations.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Physical Functions
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead.
  • Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
  • Ability to bend at waist with some twisting up to one hour.
  • Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands up to all day.
