Job Summary:

Live Nation Entertainment is a global leader in live entertainment, and we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Cleaning Crew Member to join our team. As a key member of our venue operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our event spaces after each show.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitization of the venue, focusing on high-traffic areas and restrooms.
  • Remove debris and trash from guest areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Restock restroom supplies and amenities as needed to prepare for the next day's operations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas, assisting with general cleaning duties as required.
  • Perform immediate repairs to equipment as needed, addressing any issues that may arise after the event.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all equipment and event materials are properly stored and secured post-show.
  • Participate in sustainability initiatives, such as waste sorting and recycling efforts, to minimize environmental impact.
  • Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintenance tasks, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor promptly.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant cleaning or maintenance experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight hours.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving objects weighing 50 lbs. or more.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Willingness to follow established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Previous experience in post-event cleaning or similar roles is advantageous.
