  • Monitor and document the performance of construction crews during related activities.
  • Perform visual inspections of reinforcing steel.
  • Gather and transport soil samples from job sites to the laboratory.
  • Engage with clients and contractors in a professional manner.
  • Maintain company equipment in optimal condition for project use.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and quantity standards in all work assignments.
  • Keep a detailed daily log of field activities for each project.
  • Submit daily reports and necessary documentation to management as per project requirements.
  • Execute all tasks in accordance with company policies and ethical standards.
  • Report any necessary corrective actions to management to uphold quality standards.
  • Review project documents and testing procedures to ensure understanding of technical requirements.
  • Prepare reports and perform field activities promptly.
  • Participate in safety meetings and training to enhance technical skills.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in a CMT Level III Technician role.
  • Level IV Certifications relevant to the position.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend and stoop for equipment maintenance.
  • Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment for hazardous materials.
  • Steel-toed footwear may be required.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
