About the Role

Ampcus, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing successful IT projects, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and providing technical expertise to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the development of detailed systems requirement specifications and create detailed test scenarios with a thorough understanding of business and technical requirements.
  • Business Analysis: Execute business process analysis and translate into KPIs, IT operational support policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Project Management tools including MSFT Project, Visio, Gitlab/Jira, and SharePoint.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate at various levels within IT project teams, stakeholders, technical teams, and clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to resolve challenging obstacles and complete commitments on time.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience managing successful IT projects with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • 3 years minimum experience planning and executing project and operational support activities using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 2 years minimum previous experience ensuring compliance with relevant internal policies.
  • Experience with M365 and Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC), Agile preferred.
