Job Summary:
The Clinical Pharmacy Manager is a key member of our team at SayCom Staffing, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing all pharmacy clinical programs. This includes drug consults, Nutrition Support, Pharmacokinetics, Anticoagulant monitoring, Pain Management, IV to PO, Renal Dosing, and other programs as determined appropriate based on patient population and literature guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage all pharmacy clinical programs.
- Hold self and others accountable for completing compliance activities timely.
- Understand the importance and expectations of compliance and make appropriate efforts to perform within those standards.
Qualifications:
- PharmD Degree from an accredited college or pharmacy required.
- 4 years of experience as an acute care hospital pharmacist required.
- Consultant Pharmacist License (can be acquired within 6 months of hire).
- Licensed in the state of FL as a Pharmacist.
