Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant PTA to join our Home Health team. As a PTA, you will work closely with our Physical Therapists to provide high-quality patient care and support in the comfort of patients' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement care plans and communicate with Physical Therapists and physicians to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide education to patients and their families on basic home safety and medical equipment safety.

  • A competitive hourly rate of $35 - $45 per visit.
  • A $10K sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Requirements:
