Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs and develop effective intervention plans, ensuring students receive the support they require to succeed.
- Collaborate with educators and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), promoting a collaborative approach to student success.
- Provide counseling and guidance to students, fostering social-emotional learning and academic achievement.
- Participate in IEP meetings and other educational planning processes, ensuring students receive the support they need to thrive.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed, ensuring students receive the best possible support.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in educational psychology and student support.
- State licensure or certification in School Psychology, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with educators, parents, and students.
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices in student support.
