As a Stripline Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the #2 Five Foot Line and Stripline to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accurate order production runs.
- Ensure timely completion of scheduled tasks.
- Maintain a high standard of communication with both internal and external stakeholders to effectively resolve issues.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP is essential.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to maintain a consistent attendance record.
