Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Director to join our Columbia Campus team at Rolling Hills Community Church. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our technical teams and providing expert guidance on all aspects of audiovisual and event programming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and direct all audio and visual elements on Sunday mornings at RHCC Columbia.
  • Recruit, develop and coach volunteer teams to execute all technical elements of worship ministry.
  • Direct the set-up of Sunday mornings at RHCC Columbia.
  • Assist with weekly production meetings with the worship team and tech staff on Sunday mornings.
  • Address areas of tech support and media repair for all large and small group gathering spaces at the Columbia campus.
  • Provide technical support to RHCC Columbia events or activities.
  • Participate in central tech meetings and training as scheduled by the Central Technical Director.

  • Be involved in the overall life of the church body by being a partner/member, actively participating in a community group, church-wide events, and functions.
