  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and optimize performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in industrial maintenance and repair.

**Requirements**

  • At least 5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in CMMS & TPM, VFD installation, programming, welding, PLC troubleshooting, PLC ladder diagram interpretation, 208/480V motor and drive replacement/set-up, mechanical drives, extrusion/compounding/injection molding equipment.
  • Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools, measuring devices, and test equipment.
