Responsibilities:
  • Drive membership growth by delivering exceptional customer service and sales support.
  • Engage with potential members through various outreach methods, including community events.
  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets.
  • Foster a welcoming environment that encourages members to achieve their fitness goals.
  • Ensure the studio maintains high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • A personal commitment to a healthy lifestyle and a passion for fitness.
Compensation Structure:

We offer comprehensive training, certifications, and ongoing support to facilitate your success. Compensation includes a base salary, commissions, bonuses, and additional perks such as a complimentary studio membership and product discounts.

Pay Range: $18-$20/hour plus incentive-based commissions and bonuses
