Key Responsibilities

As a Sterile Processing Tech Lead, you will be responsible for the operation of a shift within the Sterile Processing Department. This role requires a subject matter expert who can schedule, organize, and provide work direction to meet production goals. You will also be responsible for ensuring that policies and procedures are maintained according to established guidelines.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of three years' experience in Sterile Processing, including monitoring inventory, familiarity with tracking systems, purchasing, computer systems, decontamination, and sterilization controls, is necessary. Additionally, a minimum of two years' instrumentation control experience and Sterile Processing Technician Certification (CRCST) are required. The ability to read, write, and comprehend written material and perform accurate arithmetic computations of moderate complexity is essential. You must also demonstrate positive guest and staff relations and be able to work independently without supervision.
