Wynn Resorts' Design & Development division is on the lookout for an exceptional Project Coordinator to oversee the bidding process, perform cost evaluations, manage procurement, and ensure the successful installation of all FF&E orders. This role requires close collaboration with vendors and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Lead and manage the bidding process alongside the project support team.
Compile bid lists for designated commodities based on expertise and production techniques.
Conduct factory visits to verify product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Assist the Purchasing Manager in developing and maintaining a project budget.
Maintain reliable knowledge of project status, including budget, deliveries, and timelines.
PROJECT ADMINISTRATION
Participate in various project and departmental meetings.
Negotiate pricing and evaluate bid submissions to ensure optimal vendor selection.
Oversee and expedite orders placed by the project team to adhere to schedule and budget constraints.
Update reports and manifests as required by the Purchasing Manager.
Communicate effectively regarding purchase orders with vendors and project team members.
Manage vendor submissions with Interiors and investigate product efficiencies.
Execute tasks assigned by senior project team members efficiently and promptly.
PROJECT COMPLETION
Inspect goods to uphold the high standards expected of a 5-star establishment.
Oversee project installation by coordinating with construction management and contractors.
Reconcile budgets and job costs.
Manage project closure procedures.
STAFF MANAGEMENT
Supervise and guide project support staff, including daily task direction, workload management, addressing performance concerns, and recognizing team efforts.
