Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule room and cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage and efficiency.
  • Inspect all assigned suites and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, and amenities are clean and in good repair.
  • Verify and update the status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Randomly select assigned rooms to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
  • Counsel Housekeepers on discrepancies and provide guidance on improving their performance.
  • Open and close the house by assigning rooms to Room Attendants and ensuring a smooth transition.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
